KING & COLE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (PEST CONTROL SERVICE DIVISION) employs Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to pest management; IPM is a process for achieving long-term, environmentally sound pest suppression through the use of a variety of management practices. These practices include structural and procedural modifications that reduce pest access, food moisture and harbourage within your environment. Chemical methods are applied only on an “as needed” basis. Need is determined by pest population monitoring and previous unsuccessful attempts to solve the pest problem with non-chemical strategies.

Please Note: This is not “fumigation” (as fumigation does not solve pest problem), our service is environmental friendly and it can be done even during business hours without having your employees and guests/visitors and residents vacate the premises during service.

Our Schedule of Service

The regular service for the Interior will include:

1. Inspection for evidence of structural problems.
2. Inspection for evidence of sanitation problems.
3. Application of rodent baits for the control of rats and mice as needed.
4. Application of gel baits for the control of cockroaches and ants as needed.
5. Spot spraying of baseboards with residual for the prevention and control of crawling insects and discouragement of rodent harbourage.
6. Special treatment for the control of termites/bees as needed.
7. Special treatment for odour control as needed.
8. Treatment of pest complaint as reported by staff.

The regular service for the exterior will include:

1. Inspection for evidence of structural problems.
2. Inspection for evidence of sanitation problems.
3. Application of rodent baits for the control of rats and mice as needed.
4. Perimeter treatment of the exterior of the building for the control of crawling insects and discouragement of rodent harbourage.
5. Application of snake repellent around the perimeter fence for the Control of snakes.
6. Treatment of drains with mosquito larvicide dunks to prevent mosquito larvae from developing into adult mosquitoes.
7. Special treatment for the control of termites/bees as needed.
8. Free call-back service as at when needed.
9. Issuance of pest control service certificate.
